As we step into the month of love, lets celebrate not only the love we share with others but also the profound journey of self-love. February is a beautiful reminder that love comes in many forms, & one of the most important is the love we cultivate for ourselves.

1. Love Letters to Yourself- Take a moment to reflect on your journey & appreciate the strength within you. Write a love letter to yourself, acknowledging your accomplishments, resilience, & the unique qualities that make you who you are. 

2. Acts of Self-Kindness- Spread love to yourself through acts of kindness. Treat yourself to small moments of joy. Whether it's a cozy night in, a favorite book, or a relaxing bath. Small gestures can have a big impact on your well-being. 

3. Love in Every Moment- Find love in the everyday moment. Whether it's a sunrise, a cup of tea, or a quiet walk in the snow. Cherish the simple joys that surround you. Love is often found in the beauty of the present. 

4. Gratitude for Relationships- Express gratitude for relationships that enrich your life. Reach out to friends & family, letting them know how much they mean to you. Sometimes, a simple message can brighten both parties day & deepen your connections. 

5. Nurture Your Passions- Rediscover & nurture your passions. Take time to engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. Self-love is about investing in your own happiness & embracing the things that make your heart sing.

7. Create Space & Let Go- Take a walk around your home and take note of the energy in your space. How does it make you feel? Warm, cozy, at peace or stagnant and possibly overwhelming? Try moving some things around to create a new flow of energy or remove an item that doesn't bring you joy. Sometimes by creating space and letting go you create room for more love and light to come to you.
