We may never get a slab exactly like this, but we can see what is available at our favorite lumber yard and get something perfect for you. You want a coffee table with hairpin legs or a kitchen island with a pipe base? We can do that!
Industrial Picnic Bar
[Available by custom order]
We don’t have another rusty angle iron frame, but we could make one for you! The top is rough sawn pine that we sanded, aged, and treated with a whey based water poly. We could do that for you, too.
This little table can handle some heavy wear and tear. The base is galvanized pipe (do your worst weather!) and the top is marble tiles on a ply frame wrapped in aluminum angle iron. Of course, we could also make it with black pipe and the tile of your choice to any dimension (from coffee table to dining table). While I can’t say it would indestructible, I can promise it will look pretty for a long time to come.
We love using iron gas pipe to make all sorts of things. This bar features 1/2″ pipe to make a very sturdy and attractive frame. The top on this bar is reclaimed fir flooring, but it could be anything! We’ve used old bowling alley, cedar fencing, chestnut- really, the sky is the limit here.
We used old box crate parts to make this table top on a vintage mid century base. We can make a round crate top table for you, but don’t get attached to the base, we may never get another one like it.
Every part of this sweet coffee table is reclaimed. If we made it for you, we’d mostly likely be building the metal frame custom so you could pick the size and color. The wood pieces will depend what we have in the workshop- but there is always *lots* to choose from.
We used old bed posts, reclaimed molding and a pine slab to make this kitchen island. Add some hooks and a lovely wine rack made by Blue Collar Artisans and it’s light and functional.
Got some old crates? turn them into drawers!
Something we love to do is take an interesting medley of hardware and drawers and build a plywood frame to hold them together. The results are always unique and fun.
This is a one of a kind table made from all reclaimed materials. The top is wide plank pine lovingly sanded and treated with water based poly to handle real life with style. The frame is heartwood flooring and the legs are mahogany. It measures 6’x3’x29.5″ tall.
What an amazing spring this has been! I just love this time of year, the leaves are so green, the flowers so special. Life just smells good. In that spirit I have been rearranging my outdoor space and setting up umbrellas and hammocks and lights for perfect summer evenings. When I saw these old bait buckets at an auction I just knew I had to make them into hanging lamps. Now it’s just a question of where to hang them ;).
